Pothole & Street Issues at Intersection At Harney Way

This case was closed saying "outside service area". This is San Francisco property, I don't understand why it doesn't deserve attention. The entire road is covered in cracks and potholes and is very difficult to drive over. Please repave the entire road, or pass this along to the appropriate department. Thanks.
