Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 1181 York St Mission District

The water meter box for 1181/1183 is flooded and over flowing. To check. We temporaily shut off feeds to both addresses to check to see if it is our issue. No change. (See attached photo.) Potential issues. The residents of 1175 York regularly park their vehicles on the sidewalk. One of the vehicles is a full size GMC truck that weighs 5500 lbs.Also 1161/1163 York has been under renovation for over a year. Foundation work, new concrete. Including new sidewalk concrete within the last 2-3 weeks
