Noise Issue at 244 Jackson St

The noisy air conditioning unit at the rooftop of Kokkari Estiatorio Restaurant had gotten much worse in the last few weeks and I suspect it is malfunctioning. It typically stops and starts around 3-4 times an hour, and the noise lasts for about 5-10 mins, so when you inspect please stay for at least 30 mins so you get to hear the noise. The offending air conditioning unit is the 4 fan unit in my picture.
