Noise Issue at Intersection Of 17th St & De Haro St

Air conditioning unit on top of SFPD tactical unit building on 17th and De Haro badly malfunctioning and making terrible noises in about a 3 minute loop when it tries to turn on (not all the time - when warmer in building). Needs maintenance asap.
