Pothole & Street Issues at 3981 24th St

17th request since 2016 to RE-PAVE these cracks! 5 separate cracks!!!!! They stretch from the yellow lane markers to the curb. They start at 3982 and end at 3998 in front of CHASE BANK. Has to be re-paved NOT patched. Been this way since August 2016!!! DPW circled them with white spray paint but never did anything!! Why close a request and write "RESOLVED" when it's NOT! More false reporting as usual.
