Subway, 30 2nd Street - Cite business from failure to comply with ARTICLE 5.2:Must include the installation of sturdy and stable conforming diverters flush with building at each end and 30-inches high. Diverters must be removable at the end of business hours. Diverters, tables and chairs in the sidewalk area must be kept free of advertising.
