Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 5201 Geary Blvd
Failure by business and DPW to comply with ARTICLE 5.2: Sidewalk Cafe must include the installation of sturdy and stable conforming diverters flush with building at each end and 30-inches high. Diverters must be removable at the end of business hours. Sidewalk areas shall not be painted, landscaped or altered in any way (umbrellas) without prior written approval of DPW. When the law itself does not follow the law, there is no law, there is no order, and there is no justice - any professed authority in this regard is false, hypocritical, unjust and corrupted.
