Curb & Sidewalk Issues at 25 Montgomery St

Homeless person sets up bike chop set in the same spot nearly everyday. Why do I have to walk past this person everyday and see his butt hanging out of his pants? This behavior needs to be stopped. San Francisco is overrun with homeless people. The People who work in the Financial District should not have to put up with this behavior every day on every street and corner.
