Curb & Sidewalk Issues at Intersection Of Duncan St & Tiffany Ave

I have observed the recology trash trucks hopping this curb at the new dead end on Tiffany. The traffic pattern changed recently and clearly the trash pickup pattern hasn't changed. If there isn't a car heading toward Valencia on Duncan they will drive up Duncan the wrong direction. However, if they keep going the curb the new curb will soon be ruined!
