Curb & Sidewalk Issues at 2088 Carroll Ave

Curb and street was cut open for repairs- but hole haven't been fix for a few days now - now it's raining and water going under - don't want to see a sink hole ready to happen - rain will drain into the 2 holes - then the whole sidewalk will need repairs if too much water goes under
