Really, who many days does it take for the city to clean up a PILE OF GARBAGE? If it hadn't rained, the SHEER STENCH of this pile of garbage, pored over by errant bums, would surely have a palpable stench. The lazy do-nothing at the Red Cross, whose property this is, care not for the disgusting view their neighbors have to face day after day. One shovelful by city works and it could be gone. But no, day after day, garbage bin after garbage bin, pilfered by drunken addicts make SF stink.
