Damaged Public Property at 955 Natoma St

Construction crews illegally blocked our street entire day while they dug up the street with a deep pit and are now covering it with simple plywood. This is super dangerous if it slips, the homeless move it or someone steals the plywood they ARE not related to PG&E despite the stolen barricades. They are with the contractor on the building at or around 953 natoma next to the empty lot. Also they had their vehicles blocking sidewalks up and down the street all day.
