Tree Maintenance at Intersection At 12th Ave

2nd request. Overgrown tree on city/school property. This tree has grown around the phone lines and is now blocking all of the light that comes from this streetlight. There is no other street light within 200 feet and we are starting to see cars parking here and people hanging out/sleeping at night due to the darkness. This is the only light for a footpath that is used about every 3-5 minutes, even well into the night.
