Pothole & Street Issues at 18 24 Romain St

re: road patchwork "sinking" - construction on Romain Street between 21st ST and Grand View was completed in Nov, but a part of the "patch" has sunk about 2" creating a severe hidden bump - I have various photos showing different angles, but since I can only upload one photo, you should be able to see the sunken area at the top of the patch - there are old construction A-frames on the sidewalk from CQC Conqueen Construction, but I don't know if they are the ones who did this patchwork
