Noise Issue at 160 Folsom St South Of Market

Construction and Noise from Construction continues to happen during non-construction hours at this site. It has not been resolved, and complaints that happen on different dates keep getting marked as duplicates and closed. The issue is not resolved, they need to follow the city law and it is not being enforced. I've attached a capture of a complaint that was closed as a duplicate. The same issue happening on different days is not a duplicate, it tells that it is a continuing issue.
