Location: Anza street at 33rd Ave. On south side of street in front of blue/grey house. The trees are becoming overgrown and are impeding parking on the street. The branches are growing over the street and makes it difficult to get in and out of car without becoming tangled in the branches. Also there is a scrub or plants planted in the tree lawn that is overgrowing onto sidewalk and makes trying to get out of the car a tripping hazard. The branches scratch the cars. The trees are a hazard
