A "no left and no U turn "traffic sign on Potrero Avenue heading north hasn't been installed since the center meridian was completed well over a year ago with no dedicated left-turn lane. There are 2 other intersections on Potrero with the same problem: missing "no left turn traffic sign" on intersections with non-dedicated left turn lanes.
