Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 333 399 Townsend St

Today the Scoot company was taking up 100% of the motorcycle spots on Townsend at the 4th & King Caltrain station. This is infuriating. There was an entire group of scooter and motorcyclists who all missed our trains because we arrived to find ALL 18+ parking spots unavailable. It’s BS that they are allowed to do that. I’ve been parking at Caltrain for 3years now and Scoot has never been this bad. PLEASE FINE OR CITE THEM.
