This is my second request regarding the continued camping and attendant garbage in the median between Park Presidio, Fulton and 14th Avenue. Every night a couple camps near the bus stop and leaves their garbage behind. Although myself and neighbors clean up on occasion, the garbage returns every morning following the illegal camping at night.
