Pothole & Street Issues at 1299 Market St

The manhole cover pictured continues to sink creating an obstacle for cyclists traveling "inbound" as it is in the bikeway. Vehicles turning right on to market st from 9th also receptively hit the manhole cover. Kindly consider maintenance and repair. Thank you.
