Why does city allow illegal and unsanitary actions by homeless. This is illegal and sf neglects their responisibilities. This same guy urinates and defacated on the street and exposes himself to children. That is illegal and you repeatedly let him come back over and over and over again. Get him off tge street and get him help. Him exposing himself to children is illegal and the city is not protecting children!!!! Complete neglect by the city
