Noise Issue at 118 Day St

This truck showed up and started jackhammering pieces of old concrete in the back of the truck at 7:30am. I don't see any construction or obstruction permits, there was a project at this house previously but it appears to be done now so it's unclear why they can just show up, block the street and two parked cars and make as much noise as they want
