Pothole & Street Issues at 75 Nancy Pelosi Dr Golden Gate Park

There is a missing cover to what looks like a water access pipe near a hydrant. It is located near the back of the Academy of Sciences, by the west driveway/loading dock. Since we have guests and staff walking in the area, and it is big enough for someone to step into and injure themselves, it would be great to have it covered quickly. Thank you!
