Tree Maintenance at 2010 Eddy St Anza Vista

City cut down diseased tree and replanted a new one. The tree died and has now fallen over. We (at 2010 eddy) would like a different kind of tree planted, as these trees get way to large, crack the sidewalk, leave sap that causes persons to fall, and seem to easily suffer from disease.
