Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 344 Gold Mine Dr Diamond Heights

About 1 week ago, 8/25, there was a pike that broke on Gold Mine drive where water and dirt gushed down Gold Mine Drive (there is still a ton of dirt on the streets). Now my lower floor shower is not draining properly and when we use the kitchen sink, water and dirt comes out of the shower drain- see photo. Can someone come clear the city sewage that seems the be the cause of the issue?
