Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 628 Monterey Blvd Outer Mission

Waste water and sewage is backing up and flowing out of sewer vent cover in front of building at 628 Monterey Blvd. Sewage had previously backflowed out of drains on upper floors of apt. bldg. Plumber has already snaked the waste stack and sewer line. Plumber says problem is outside at the street and must get City to inspect the sewer line to see what is going on.
