Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 642 Harrison St South Of Market

Sewer has been backing up onto street via 4 inch sewer vent in front of roll-up garage (painted beige). Sewer vent is in need of flushing out/unclogging. Additionally, deep disinfecting of area is needed as amount of fecal/urine matter that has backed-up into area is fairly extensive.
