Curb & Sidewalk Issues at 555 Ulloa St West Of Twin Peaks

On Friday 9/21/18, the sidewalk directly in front of my house was severely damaged by a SF Water Department. I had not requested any service, and I was not notified work would be done. I was only informed after the fact, by my tenant, that the SF Water Department was seen doing the work. My high quality concrete was removed and replaced with sloppy black gravel that is a danger to pedestrians and significantly diminishes the appearance of my house. This danger needs to be repaired this week.
