Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 1221 Masonic Ave

This has been happening for weeks outside of my building. I have already reported this to 311 and they said they had multiple complaints logged yet nothing has been done.
Nature of Request: Sewage back up - 4 inch sewer vent
