Abandoned Vehicles at 1350 15th St Mission District

I keep reporting this and it keeps getting closed. A motorcycle on 15th st. between Folsom & Harrison. Covered with a black tarp (not motorcycle cover) has been parked in the motorcycle parking for months. It only moves for street cleaning. It is inoperable and unlicensed. Please remove it. BLACK TARP. See photo
