Parking & Traffic Sign Repair at Fulton St & 10th Ave
Eastbound traffic on Fulton most often stops at 10th before westbound traffic, as there is a protected left turn arrow to enter the parking garage. However, pedestrians frequently enter the north/south crosswalks once eastbound traffic has stopped for they assume westbound traffic has stopped, too. They should be waiting for the walk signal, but is it possible to add pavement markings and/or street signs indicating that westbound traffic doesn't stop simultaneously? Thank you.
