A metal plate was placed in the street, possibly covering a hole? At any rate, it seems to have moved and every time a car drives over it the plate moves up and down, making a veryloud sound. This has been going on since Friday. This is also a bus route, and when the busses drive over the plate it’s even more loud. This has been keeping my kids up, every time a car drives over the plate it wakes them up. Can the crew working on the street come out and move the plate? Thank you.
