Park Requests at Buena Vista Dog Play Area, 808 838 Buena Vista Ave W, San Francisco 94117 Hello! There is a fence being put up inside the dog play area making this space small and unsafe. The fence cuts off the area for dogs to run and interact with enough space to allow for safe play or the ability to ignore and give room.... CLOSED Case Resolved. The fencing is being installed to protect the trees while still allowing for space for dogs to play. These are original trees native to this area and are being undermined by erosion caused by too much shifting of the sand caused by dog activity.
