Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 321 Florida St Mission District

Multiple tents, homeless population, encampment that is currently blocking the pathway and making the pedestrians walk on the streets against incoming vehicle traffic. Completely unsafe and not to mention the odor from human urine and animal/human waste makes everyone almost faint. Please send some one to clean the streets here, this is an on going issue and we as tax payers and our business are extremely discouraged by this situation. Three days response is not fair.
