Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 3379 19 Th St

Along side of El Mercadito (painted res) building - what was one solitary man living peacefully on the sidewalk for months is now (since SF city mandated Shelter In Place) 10 people living, sleeping, taking up an entire sidewalk - harassing the public by taunting us as we walk ON THE STREET because they have taken ALL of the sidewalk - and NOT restaining their DOG. There is human waste, animal waste and garabge piling all arounf the area. IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD FOR THE NEIGHBORS, THE MISSION, SF
