This dangerous situation is a one-way sign that's been turned and you can't tell that it's a one-way sign so if you're exiting Harriet Street going north bound you encounter Harrison and if you're not from around here and you don't know the streets you may turn right right into traffic and cause an accident it's only one way going south west on Harrison you can't make a right you can only make a left so this sign being turned Where you can't see itis a danger to public safety
