Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 6038 California St

open raw sewage coming out of the clean-out covering the sidewalk. This sidewalk is on a highly used pedestrian sidewalk - by young children, people pushing strollers - and just doors away from a restaurant. There are human feces on the sidewalk and flowing down the curb. Property owners are aware this has been taking place this afternoon and evening but continue to use the bathroom in the building. Tomorrow morning, the sidewalk will be very busy with families. This is an emergency.
