Parking & Traffic Sign Repair at 1103 Powell St
Location: Washington St intersection with Powell St Do Not Enter sign going downhill into a one way street is hard to see at night given how it's right behind the traffic lights. I saw a car going uphill against the do-not-enter sign, that faced east, up to Mason St and had to squeeze over to let a car go downhill (this is a 1 way street) who also screwed up and went against the do-not-enter, that faced west. What are the odds of 2 fk ups happening at the same time? Not the first occurence fyi.
