Illegal Postings at 984 Anza St

Remove postings including plastic wrapping which creates condensation damaging street poles. We have a compelling need to prohibit these postings in order to prevent the visual pollution, pole damage and the resulting contributions to urban blight; and when placed on or near traffic or directional signs or similar objects, threatens the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
