Abandoned Vehicles at 139 Harriet St

This car has two broken windows It has been parked on Harriet St across from 148 Harriet since yesterday. It is parked illegally. I saw three women yesterday around the vehicle. One was trying to open the trunk, another was reaching in through the broken driver's side window. The alarm was set off a couple of times but briefly.
