Noise Issue at 1765 California St Western Addition

Whole Food store next to our condo (Rockwell) building built this structure on their roof top four months ago. many of our residents and HOA complained about it to San Francisco City multiple times. Sometimes ago, they lowered that down to a reasonable level for awhile. And then they up the operation to the high level of noise recently. It is so noisy, 24/7.
