Missing waste receptacle - this heavily, but appropriately used waste receptacle by the southeast corner of Alta Plaza park (directly below the dog run area) has vanished. As I live down the hill on Steiner, I hope it is replaced soon, so that the waste bags and other litter from park use are not deposited in the park, on the street, by houses, children's day care centers, etc.
