Parking & Traffic Sign Repair at Intersection Of 48th Ave & Lincoln Way

Sign damaged. Sand bags that weigh down sign torn. Please come and repair "Road Closed to Through Traffic" sign, clean up broken sand bags, replace with new sand bags. Same situation at La Playa and Lincoln. In the 1min I walked out to take a picture 3 cars turned off Lincoln onto 48th Ave. none of them live on this block. Better yet.. OPEN THE GREAT HWY!!!
