Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 66 Myrtle St

Group of homeless established their quarters here for the last few months. They block the sidewalk in violation of ADA making it impossible for disabled people to walk on sidewalk . They make a lot of noise at night and the building above complained several times for the noise produced and the smell of feces and urine. Please move this group to safer places
