Pothole & Street Issues at 18 Sequoia Way Miraloma

I had placed a request to fix a banging manhole cover a few weeks ago. I saw a crew the other day chatting at the site. I then noticed a rubber glove was placed into the cover seam. The noise is as loud if not worse. Please return and fix the isseue.
