Muni Employee Feedback at 2905 Van Ness Ave
This operator understands customer service. Pleasant disposition and friendly. He saw me on the other side of the street trying to cross to get bus. He kindly waited knowing I take the 30 OB. He's done this before but I thought it was just a fluke. How sweet he was and I appreciated not having to wait 15 minutes for the next bus. He deserves praise for great customer service.
