The pathway leading from UN Plaza to Leavenworth is completely blocked by city barricades. It seems to be a loitering mitigation, but it is more dangerous sending people around to Charles Brenham as all of the activity that was at UN Plaza is now there, but pedestrians have to walk into the street to avoid it. Remove these immediately. It’s an ADA violation and insult to residents to deprive us of a walking path safe from cars when the street all around are full of street crime still.
