During rainfall, the water coming from the freeway 101S in our backyard will flow down and cause major flooding, pooling of water and drain issues to us and the neighboring home. There is a fence that starts the city property line and is the reason for this request. We request the freeway wall at the top to be extended to help reroute the water to a storm drain closer to lessen the amount of water buildup directly into our backyard, or any other alternative solution to help prevent flooding.
