updating request made earlier with another pic taken today, there is evidence of a makeshift fire being maintained at the encampment (concert rates burned debris), and the this fire debris and other items are blocking that path which again gets very heavy use from kids coming to and from the three schools, public library, playground, and sports fields on this block.
