Shared Spaces at 170 S Van Ness Ave
Plum street - between S Van Ness and Mission st is closed. It has a few picnic tables in the closed portion, but I have yet to see anyone EVER in that portion, eating or benefitting any way that constitutes a more beneficial or functional reason for the street to remain closed. Please advise. Its an important street because Mission st is one way there and you have to drive around for 4 or 5 blocks to access it from S Van Ness at that part.
